What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath can be a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where you are “bathed” in sound and vibration.

You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums to wash over you. These frequencies help to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of rest and restoration.

There’s nothing you need to do — no movement, no effort.
Just breathe, receive, and let your body unwind.

Every experience is different. You may feel deeply relaxed, drift into a dream-like state, release emotion, feel unsettled or simply enjoy a moment of stillness.

What is a floating Sound Bath?

A floating sound bath takes the experience to another level by combining sound healing with the element of water.

You will lie on a comfortable float (lilo) in a pool, gently supported by the water, while being guided through a sound journey. The subtle movement of the water, combined with the vibrations of sound, creates a deeply immersive and almost weightless experience.

It’s incredibly calming for the body and mind — like being held, supported, and completely free at the same time.

No swimming is required, and you won’t get wet (unless you want to!).

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that supports the body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.

During a session, I use light touch or hover my hands just above the body, allowing energy to flow to where it’s needed most. It works by helping to release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.

You don’t need to believe in anything for it to work — just come as you are and allow yourself to relax.

What is Ceremonial Cacao?

Ceremonial cacao is a pure, natural form of chocolate used in rituals and healing practices for centuries.

It’s known as a heart-opening plant medicine, helping you to connect more deeply with yourself, your emotions, and your intentions.

During a cacao experience, we drink warm cacao together in a calm, intentional space. It’s often combined with meditation, journaling, sound healing or gentle guidance.

Cacao doesn’t make you hallucinate or lose control — it’s very grounding.
