Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice designed to support emotional wellbeing, energetic balance and relaxation.
My Reiki sessions are deeply personal and intuitive because no two people arrive carrying the same experiences, emotions or challenges.
This is your opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and allow yourself permission to receive.
Each experience is thoughtfully guided around what you may need on that particular day and may incorporate Reiki healing, intuitively selected crystals, aromatherapy, incense and chakra balancing to create a nurturing and restorative experience designed entirely around you.
You will remain fully clothed whilst resting comfortably as gentle energy work supports your body and nervous system in creating space for calm, restoration and balance.
Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release or a feeling of lightness and clarity. Others simply leave feeling calmer, softer and more connected to themselves.
Every experience is beautifully unique.
Distant Reiki Healing
60 Minutes
Healing has no limits of time or space.
Distance Reiki offers the same calming and restorative experience from wherever feels safest and most comfortable to you.
Together we create space for stillness and restoration.
You may choose to wrap yourself in blankets, light candles, listen to calming music or simply settle somewhere quiet where you can fully relax.
I hold the healing remotely whilst you simply allow yourself permission to pause.
Many people drift into sleep. Others meditate. Some simply enjoy an hour where absolutely nothing is expected from them.
The intention remains the same.
